Do you have to run spacers at all?
I have an 05 cooper s r53 with poor man's jcw kit (r56s brakes in the front). Stock Cooper s suspension with aftermarket rear sway. Planning on using these for autocross every month and 3 or so trackdays a year. So until they wear out.
