I ended up not needing this. If you passenger seat occupancy sensor ever goes bad, this simulator fools the airbag module into thinking the seat is always occupied. A much cheaper solution than having the oc3 sensor replaced. Also included are instructions and a passenger seatbelt warning bypass. See above link for additional details.
