You may want to mention for Auto or Manual trans as they are different. I have one for the auto trans that I would like to trade for a manual version.

The demo I watched from Sprintbooster listed 2 part numbers. The only difference in the PN was an A at the end. I checked pedal box part numbers on Real OEM and found they as well list two different PN's based on transmission. I was thinking about just installing as there is no PN on the Sprintbooster it's self but that said I'm getting old and my eyes aren't what they use to be.. I neglected to add for those not familiar. Ive used the Sprintbooster's in a few cars over the years and quite liked the results hence why I would like one for our new JCW.

Was it decided if thus was auto or manuall?
Best thing about the Sprint Booster is you can set it, unplug the cable and it holds its setting.
I like mods that are completely concealed. It's a great mod.

Hi what was it that made you not like it? Did it not perform or it was too much?
Thx
Ben
Per my findings A at the end of model# stands for auto Transmision, and M for manual.
Over at miata forums it has been tested that A and M will work for both transmissions but with less sensitivity one over another Auto has 4 wires and Manul 2.

Auto Sprintbooster will only work on an auto trans. I have a V3 in the R53 and had it in Auto setting when I hooked it up. The car ran very poorly until I realised my error 10 seconds after start up. I have one in my BMW and Mercedes. Great little gadgets. My guess is yours is for an Auto trans. As for it being touchy. Im guessing you had it in race mode (red light) green is much more civil and ultimately you can just turn it off.
