Inner wheel arch (fender) liners.
Intact. A little dirty, but NO cracks.
Comes as shown with the golden dragon eyes. Has green accents, as they were on a BRG R53.
Some of you may know these eyes. They were available a few years back from StoopidGirl. Limited edition, printed on quality 3M stock, etc.

I am not aware of any fitment issues from year to year, so you may want to verify that they will fit your car before getting them. These are from a July '04 MINI.

New, these are ~$60 each. Considering the eyes, $90 for the pair. Not looking to split these, since they match.
