For sale is a slightly used front plate mount for 3rd Gen Minis. This includes the wrench for the quick disconnect feature. This, like all CS parts, is a quality item and will keep you from drilling holes in your front bumper to mount your license plate. The only reason I’m selling this is I replaced it with a mount with an integral GoPro mount.
Cost new is $93 + shipping. I’m selling it for $50 + actual shipping cost.

I can’t tell you the exact measurements because it’s not on my car now. It fits pretty close though. If you click on the pictures I posted you’ll get a better idea. I also have two different length screws,so it will mount the plate only or plate + frame.
