I have a front bumper but it's in terrible shape, probably better for parts to repair another Aero bumper

They are power mirrors but not power folding unless I'm missing something, how do you know if they are power folding?

There would be a small button near the mirror adjustment button that when pressed folds the entire mirror housing in towards the car.
