Finally got around to installing the eyes in my Mini tonight. Decided to go for a photo shoot too, considering it has been about a year since I tried doing any creative photography. After about 20 shots, I managed to get this:

I set my digi camera on the tripod, 30 sec exposure time. Used my handy dandy flashlight, and illuminated each eye for approx 8 seconds each. Took forever to figure out how long I should illuminate the eyes. Too little, and the eyes didn't pop out enough...too much and you see the fenderwell. I wanted the pic to be slightly on the creepy side.
you must have some serious patience (SP?) I'm too lazy for all thath. But it worked!

Thanks !! Unfortunately I got rid of my solid gold cooper. By the way SG, when are you all going to be able to do custom eyes? I would be willing to spend double, even triple the normal price.
for all those who have asked, PM'd, or emailed; our printer is back up and running (darn that arsonist). Our lives have been crazy lately so we're hoping to be able to do custom eyes again after the new year once we get established in our new residance as well as having all colors back in stock (boy I can't wait)
