Ok, after bit of searching and process of elimination, the front lighter/power point is fuse is #65 (20 amp). So I guess that means that - ->+ symbol means power point.

Dead AC compressor is indicated by the low speed fan not going on, but the relay is usually the cause. Relay wouldn't be a high speed fan issue.
