I did mine on my Roadster. Used a Helix intercooler installation video to get the bumper off. Only problem was a couple of hidden fasteners on the bottom edge of the bumper that weren't in the video....

I don't think there are any. The Coupe/Roadster mirror is a unique shape and as far as I can find out MINI never made a cover for it. The sales volume was low so I doubt there are aftermarket ones...
