LED's are not an equivalent to the OEM Halogen or Xenon's. Plenty of side by side test to show this. They are nice and bright, but the "throw" of the light is much worse.

It may not be filter oil. Filter oil is very sticky, if the oil in the IC is slippery you have an excess of blowby from PCV.
And the filters need a cleaning yearly at a minimum.

Don't trust the OBC for calculating fuel use....it is notoriously inaccurate. Get a calculator and do the math yourself when you fill it up.

Well on most cars the belt tensioner is a lot more accessible than it is on the MINI.
