My recommendation would be to clear all the codes and start over. The minute the engine light comes back on, read the codes again and compare

be careful, I stripped mine by tightening it too...

be careful, I stripped mine by tightening it too much.....should be screwed all the way in by turning it to the right.....just be careful and do not use much force
