Hoosier tire size on G-stock'ers at Nats

I'm curious, all the '07s were on Hoosiers at Nationals, what was the popular size? Not just rim diam. but overall size?

if they were on 17s, the popular size was the 225/40s. A few were on 16s, and I believe they varied from 205 to 215. (not sure)

What was the tires size used as related to finishing position?

i have no idea. they'd have to chime in themselves unless someone took note. i finished 7th

Thanks Dan, I appreciate your input, I know there's been many discussions between the 16" and 17"s, I'm trying to get a better picture before I make any decisions about next year.

Put it this way, at least in my opinion, we're getting a set of 16s and a set of 17s and will use the ones that look like they'll work best on each individual course :)

I think Ron and Craig were on 205/45/16 Hoosiers. I thought I saw 17's on GH's car, but I could be wrong.

Jeff Schaadt GS 148....I finished 11th. at Nats and i was on the 17's.......Were they the right choice????? I still had to shift to 3rd. on the East course.....Wandering if the 17's hurt too much coming out of the turns???
