April Fool's Day Ride - " Fast N Twisty "
 

Wanna have some fun? This ride is hosted by MOTR - MINIs of the Rockies (www.minisrock.com) jointly with MINI5280 and all MINIs and Minis are invited and welcome!! Sunday, April 3rd, at NOON at Invesco Field.

The theme is "April Fool's" and there will be fun and excitement for all pilots and co-pilots. This is also an "information scavenger hunt" to go along with the theme.

This ride starts at NOON at INVESCO FIELD / MILE HIGH STADIUM between Gates 4 and 5, by the Picnic Tables on the North side of the Stadium. The ride ends downtown at the Laughing Dog, for lunch. Then, there is an optional event at the UA United Artist's Theatre at Colorado Blvd. and I-25, right next to Dave and Buster's. The ride will go about 2 hours, followed by lunch at the Dog and a screening of "The Italian Job" (Charleze Theron version) at the Theatre. MINI5280 will provide Popcorn and Sodas at the movie, which is free to you.

It was fast, and It was Twisty
 

18 intrepid MINIs and Minis gathered earlier today for a short, fast and twisty ride in, thru and around downtown Denver. The ride culminated with some Beer Pong and cold ones at the Blake St. Tavern (24th and Blake) and then a short ride to the Theatre where --- April Fool --- there was NO Italian Job movie showing, anyway. Sorry.

As for the ride quiz (Denver Downtown Trivia) , here are your winners:
