Awesome. I've only ever been to HPDEs up at NHMS/NHIS, usually with BMWCCA. Is this similar, are there instructors in the cars? How is the event organized? Thanks.

Considering what SCDA and others charge, it's a bargain..

 

It won't be as structured as a BMW/CCA event but there will be instructors available. CART is CT autox club that primarily does a few track days a year at Pocono and Limerock. This year they are also going to try NJMP as well. And there will be run groups based on exper...

It will be my first track with them but I do run autox's with them..

 

do you know if it is split into groups? how much actual track time? i was just at LRP 4/4 and it was 1-5pm and we got about 4 20min runs, paid 270.

 

I know for a fact there will be run groups but I don't know how many. It can't be more than 4 I would imagine. At this point they are just trying to get people signed up so I don't think they could give an answer as too how many groups they will run. But I would try emailing the club directly if that is a pressing question you need answered.

You did the PDA event then?? I'll be there tomorrow (the 18th) with PDA for a 4 hour event. I didn't want the 4/4 event because there were too many run groups. This event will only have 3 run groups, no beginners/novices. 1 - 4pm just like yours...can't wait since it's my first this year.
