Cylinder 2 misfire
Hey everyone I have just over 25,000 miles on my 2014 Countryman and I noticed when I starter her up this morning it felt a little rough at idle. On the way home the check engine light came on and when I got home to read it I got cylinder 2 misfire. I reset it and I will see what it does tomorrow. If it comes back should I just change the plugs? Coil packs? What do you all think. I searched and all the cars with a similar problem had much more miles in them.
Thanks in advance, DJ |
it could be either one...before you start driving tomorrow, either swap the coil with let's say #4 and see where the error comes back to. if it moved to #4, then it is your coil, if it staid at #2, then it is the spark plug.

Have a great day! |
Not a problem my friend. It's better to ask than dealing with the issue alone. This is the purpose of the forum.
