AC fan speed doesn't change after 4th setting
 

Sorry for the weird title but not sure how to say this simply.
My 2014 Countryman AC/Heat fan speed has 7 positions/lights when changing the air speed. After the 4th light is lit up speeds 5, 6 and 7 are the same as the 4th speed setting.
It does this with the AC on, no AC on, and with the defrost on.
I hit the MAX button but it is the same result.
It is blowing cold air it just is not blowing the air at a high enough speed.
Not sure if this is a problem with the blower motor, a fuse or what.

So after a few days and no changes made the ac fan is now using all the speeds. Very strange indeed.
