Looking at 2015 CMS’s All4...questions

Been casually looking at 2015 CMS’s and I have a couple of questions as I have never had a Countryman. I have a 2015 JCW Hatch. Shopping for a MINI for my wife to replace our beloved 2004 Jeep Liberty when the time comes.

i prefer the anthracite headliner and most of the CMS’s I see have a light headliner. How common are the black headliners? Are they common?

We really like the Light Coffee color with black interior. Is 2015 the only year for that color?

Thanks for the input!

We had a 2012 Countryman Light Coffee/Black. Really loved the color, but after four years my wife wanted an All4 and she is the owner and primary driver of the car and chose Absolute Black in the 2016. Both cars had the light headliner, I think it makes the interior feel larger and more spacious. Anthracite is not very common in the CMs but probably standard on the JCW version. I have have it in my Coupe and it is standard in them and definitely gives a closed in feel.

Good info...thanks! Yes, if we go for a CM it will have to be an All4 as her Jeep is 4wd on demand. For bad weather it’s imperative.

We really like the light coffee color though so we are stuck going for an R60....The F60 is probably a better car but no coffee color and it’s much more $$!

Best thing is to get her in a used example and see if she even likes it after the Jeep. She likes being elevated so a CM may be too low for her.

We waited to decide until the F60 came out before deciding and weren’t happy with the design changes, just to big, and we liked the idea that the R60 was pretty much perfected after five years, and the F60 was a new, unknown model.
Enjoy your Light Coffee CM and “motor on ! “

Great photo! I will show my wife. There's a 2015 coffee colored one in Colorado on Autotrader that I really like, but the timing just isn't right...very tempted though!
