11 Countryman keeps blowing Fuse #2

Hey everyone, I just wanted to see if anyone else has ever had any of these issues and what they might have done to fix them.
To start ive got a 2011 Countryman S all4, F2 in the engine bay (25amp)keeps blowing. The Car runs in limp mode obviously. But the strange part is sometimes it will blow as soon as i plug a fuse in... but after i reset the CEL it wont blow for either a complete drive cycle or if the engine revs above 4k.
The Codes I get are
P0598 Thermostat heater control circuit low
P0037 O2 Heater control Circuit low (Bank 1, Sensor 2)
P0030 O2 Heater Control Circuit (Bank 1, Sensor 1)
P0031 O2 Heater control Circuit low (Bank 1, Sensor 1)
P0003 Fuel Volume control circuit low

I've Replaced both Upstream and downstream O2's and the Thermostat housing. I've also checked the plugs/wiring running to my DME, no oil wicking to be found....
My next step was to check the wiring and plug running to the Fuel Reg. on the Rail.
Anyone have any ideas or ever had this problem?
Thanks Everyone!
-Adam

P.S. I did see this forum but the guy hasnt updated on what his issues were..

Yea I figured out the oil control solenoid had shorted out. That was on the causing my fuse to blow everytime it tried to adjust oil flow

My is a N18, it does have a oil control solenoid.

It make sense now, the diagram in Bentley showed F02 is connected to the O2 sensor after cat, so i have it disconnected.
Then i put in a new fuse, and this time, it did not blow immediately. Thinking i had found the fault....No more yellow CEL after reset.

So i went for a test, half way in the journey, the yellow CEL came on again, with all the usual stored faults previously.

It is not the post cat O2 that is causing the short, it can really be the oil control solenoid, only when the DME tries to make adjustments, only then it blows the F02 fuse.
Let me go disconnect the oil control solenoid and see if the F02 will still be blown.

Report back shortly.
Thanks!

Snooping around on these forums the last few months because I was having this issue. Ultimately figured out it was the auxiliary water pump. Which is weird because I already had it replaced under warranty.
