Change out/update navigation display

I have a 2014 Countryman with navigation (no back up camera). Can I change it to the more updated navigation display that is in the newer models? If so how can I go by doing that? I am need of a manufactured back up camera/navigation.

My current display. Need updated manufactured display.

No. The electronics are completely different.

You can install an aftermarket camera system.
