I like your idea, thanks for the suggestion. I've been having a hard time trying to find black mirror caps. Those should be easy mods.
I'm not a fan of chrome so theres that. Additional suggestion would be to take the chrome from the grill and paint it red as well

and to keep this post legit

I'd consider Manny's suggestion for the light rings and grille but instead of red, use a matte metallic gray similar to Apple's Space Gray products. Like the MINI Blackline products.

The key for me is accent colors and finishes in moderation.

I like the Space Gray color ... yet after looking at the photos in your links, I thought the black on black looked better for the head lights and brake lights.

Once again, you and Manny have given me some things to look at and think which way to go.

No problem. I can appreciate the 'black on black' look too. I was trying to keep it monochromatic (shades of gray to black) without being all the same gloss solid black.

Today it was a bit cold outside so got to do a few little mods! So to start with I added in a S badge to the front grill of my countryman, not really sure why it doesn't come with one.. And then second I put in projector puddle lights with a MINI logo. Check them out!!

Before the new projector puddle lights.

The final Product!

The new S badge.

After doing some research I went ahead and bought the puddle lights and the led black housing side markers. Though the side markers aren't as bright as I'd like, I still like them. If anybody can show me some brighter ones please let me know.

Looks good! I did the front light trims and rear logo too but bought gloss black tail light trims. You should blackout the "cooper" part next I left the "S" red.

I have thought about it! Just wondering how much of a PITA getting the dip out of the "O"'s and "P" would be... Is there a trick?
