How to removed this retainer from rear bumper.

I wondering if somebody know how to removed this retainer from the bottom of rear bumper. Do I need special tools or how to pop it off?

This on rear skirt and bumper.

Do a search on Amazon for 'automotive trim removal tool set' and be prepared to scroll for a while.

The "head" of that retainer has been broken off. Take it off carefully, with a trim tool or otherwise so as to not damage bumper, and replace it with a new one when you install the bumper.

Get a small ice pick or something that will fit that hole in the centre of the rivet and push it in. That will straighten the shaft of the rivet and you'll feel it coming slightly loose. Then get a screw driver or a trim tool to pry it out.

Take a small tool to push it out or a small drill bit and be very careful and drill it out. A lot of the rivets on the bumpers are one time use.
