Which lowering springs?

Bought a 2014 Countryman S so I can at least own one fuel efficient car in the fleet. Really enjoying it but want to lower it a bit. Any suggestions? Don't want to get into coil overs, just lowering springs. Hate that the car comes with run flats, rides like sh-t with them, all cars do as the tires are so heavy. Nonetheless looking for a lower spring that doesn't absolutely destroy the ride quality.

H&R are good, some people think they are little harsher in the rear, other than that NM engineering and AST Suspension are companies with MINI owners who work there in development. Some have different drops than others. They are noted on each product.

Most if not all on the CM lowered on springs don't ride that harsh as the CM suspension is much smoother then the regular hardtops aka R56 MINIs.

Note some are for ALL4 only. I see you are an ALL4:

I have not personally seen or rode with Votgland on an R60, most people on the MINI and BMW side run them and like them.

Most are happy with those and the AST ones as they feel they have nice balance for the R60.
