I just bought a 2016 Mini Cooper S Countryman and the Comfort Access was working fine until I had a Nav system installed, now I have to plug in my key and I can not lock the doors with Key bob on pushing the black button on the outside door handle. I could not find anything in the manual which tells me how activate Comfort Access again. Can anyone help me out?
Navigating system was installed by who and what kind? Maybe they blew a fuse or worse.
I believe the antenna for the comfort access is located near the rear view mirror. I would go back to installer and hash it out.
Thank you much for the help. I hooked up the original mirror and sure enough the locks and the auto start/stop feature worked for Comfort Access.
