LED license plate bulb issue

Trying to install LED license plate lights. Seems like I have the wrong bulbs, but all the sites show the same pics. Here's a pic of the oem bulb next to the new LED. The shapes on the end are different and I can't see how they'd fit. Any help is appreciated.

OutMotoring? I had the same issue with my Clubman.

The rear bulbs I have are a 5w5 (194) bulb. You can get LEDs for them, I had some but the flickered and looked shabby (but did not set off the CAN warning.. I did get CANBUS bulbs).

But thats what they sent me. No way can I made it work. I have to send it back.

(they did say they are sending me out a return mailer and will credit me back 100% and that they were sorry..)

edit - here is the link for the Countryman - same as my Clubman design. - http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts...50&hg=63&fg=30

It is the same housing P/N as my Clubman.

Were they a normal wedge bulb? The ones I received have weird silver ends

Here's where I got mine: http://store.ijdmtoy.com . You need W5W (do not get T10 as they are too large) that are error-free otherwise you'll get a " light-out" code.

Good luck and enjoy!

Her are some pics of the Countryman Ziza plate light leds. Error free and nice and bright. Free ship also.

figured out a lot of the sites have the wrong bulbs in their 'bulb finder'. The bulb needed is a 194 wedge..got two at autozone
