I really like what they did with the countryman.

I would likely get this kit if i ever got one, which i probably will after i'm done with my Clubbie. It seems a large majority of MINI owners prefer the JCW kit over anything else. IMO the JCW aero kit adds without taking away (if that makes sense).

To me, these Duell kits give the MINI's a Porsche-like feel to them. I like it

Apparently this kit for the R60 is in the ballpark of $10k

Over half of the "wow" factor of these photos is due to lowering the car, IMHO. It really makes the car aggressive. The kit is quite well done, in that to me, it doesn't look like a kit.

Yea, they got the look right. But the price is way wrong. They will be selling many of those.

If the price was closer to $5k, it'd be on my list.

What they said. Just because we drive Minis doesn't mean we all want the same thing. In fact, youification is probably a big reason why we were attracted to the marque.

Personally, I don't get off on the nut-dragging lowered look. It makes my kidneys hurt just watching them drive down the road and I've seen way too many Honda Civics given that treatment to associate it with "cool". That said, I am thinking about dropping my CM a bit, just a whole lot more subtly and hopefully in a way that won't put me into dialysis.

To each his / her own. If I tracked the car regularly I could see dropping it and giving it more attitude but I need it to get through snow so I have no interest in messing with the suspension.
As it is some of my mods are not gaining universal approval. The other half hates the "whoosh" from the CAI and thinks it's immature, and about the same with the quad driving lights. The one that likes them the least is my dealer's service dept. The CAI generated a lot of drama when they informed me the car was subject to the coolant temp sensor recall.
Who cares what anyone else thinks. Your car, your mods, and as long as you are happy with them it's all that matters but be prepared for negativity.

Yea, it looks good but I bet it rides like a tank sitting that low. I wish a US company would develop a kit or someone would start importing DuelL stuff.
