Talking what spark plugs to use??

So, im at that point where I need to change the spark plugs in my All4 S. Its stockish other than a cold air intake and cat-back exhaust. I would like to get a colder plug but cant seem to find any solid facts to witch one to use...

can you guys help me out and maybe could we put up a sticky with the choices out there.
thx

If you aren't tuned stock plugs are fine.

Instead of buying plugs for the S model, buy ones for the JCW spec. Those should be one heat range colder. Check for carbon build up on the insulator nose every oil change which would indicate the plug is too cold for the application. If none is present, you are good.
