Bought a used R59 S which I really love, but thinking about upgrading the sound system a bit. It has the base level stereo.
My daughter's R58 has the Harmon Kardon system which is significantly better and I think some of that improvement has to do with the additional speakers on the windshield pillars. Sadly the base model system does not have a space for those speakers.
I know the slant of the windshield is different for R58/59s than it is for an R56 - so I was wondering if the trim for the pillars would be different. (It's much easier to find the trim for an R56). I could then replace the trim and install whatever speakers I wanted that would fit in the cavity.
R58 (Coupe) and R59 (Roadster) a-pillar trim are unique to each of those models. R58 and R59 don't even share between the two models. R56/55 trim is not interchangeable.

I have a set from my donor vehicle. Name a fair price plus shipping and they are yours. They don't fit in my R58 Coupe. I am in NW Ohio and they can't weigh 3 lb.
