July 20, 2012. Cooper S with JCW engine package, so N18 engine, but JCW and 2012 - confuses the heck out of everyone. I'm assuming I'll have this car when i die!
as of 6/30/2017 Photobucket is charging $400 a year to allow photos stored there to be used on other web sites (imbedded). They now call this 3rd party hosting.
bye bye photobucket and my regrets to those who liked my (many) pictures
Bought my '14 Roadster new in October '13. I average about 2,000 miles per year if you subtract the mileage from my move from Virginia to Florida (8,800 miles total).

Can't believe Photobucket decided to do that. Too bad. Looks like I'm out, too.

Don't get me started with PB. What a bunch of A-holes... that was the worse PR move I've seen and lived through in decades... I get the financial aspect, I understand their struggle. But they could have approach the issue in an infinite amount of ways that were better than what they did.

Totally agree! I sent them a note. It suggested that they should have grandfathered the pictures we already had out on the forums. I expect they have that type of technology at their disposal.
Wiping our pictures out like they did was seriously mean spirited. Don't think they will gain anything in the way of good PR or financial benefit by treating their users in this fashion.
Bought my '13 R59S Roadster in summer 2012, so it's 7 years old now. My 3rd MINI (R53-R50-R59) but my 1st MINI ragtop. I'll click over 1,000 hours on the Openometer sometime next month. My favorite MINI, and it's not even close.
I just adopted Rooster ('14 Chili Red R59 S Roadster, 6MT) last week, and I'm anxiously awaiting the title to arrive (State of NC > bank > me) so that I can get him registered to drive.
Rooster will be my third MINI, having had an '04 R53 (MCS), and still have an '11 R60 (Countryman S) that my wife may keep (or we'll sell/trade for a MINI with an automatic transmission).
In August we'll have had the car for 7 years now with 57,000 miles. It's been a great MINI so far. I enjoy it every-time I drive it. If it wasn't for all this craziness of a pandemic we'd be on an other road trip by now...

Nice ride! And I resemble that remark; can't wait to let Rooster stretch his legs on some twisties.
I think it's time to update my sig. And I'm still shown as the coordinator for HMMS in Houston, which was over 10 years ago!
