R59 Frozen Washers?

not to hijack thread but any ideas how to check/ change the xenons fluid. they seem to be frozen shut as well.

There's only one tank for both. Typically they set the pump for the headlamp washers a little higher up in the tank so that when the washers stop working you still have some fluid left for the windshield. I don't know how to thaw them out though, sorry, short of garaging the car in a nice warm place overnight.
