actually drove 45 minutes to pick it up thursday and it still wasn't ready

Red stripes will be gorgeous! Who are you ordering from? Are you going to install yourself? Do tell, very curious peanut needs stripes but scared to do it myself

 

Flow Mini of Raleigh NC will be installing them. They do a better, more custom job than the factory. I looked at the factory as compared to some their work and they pay better attention to detail than the factory for the same price. They had to order the stripes and the installer will in next week.

Lots of good-looking black roadsters. Black would have been my next choice

 

I swore off black cars after my first Cooper S. I'm too lazy to keep a black car clean enough!

I think the attached picture is the only time I ever washed it...

 

Had the roadster striped yesterday.

 

Not going to do the bonnet air scoop?

 

I couldn't put my finger on what was different between jenkman's car and MsBrit's above, but that's it. Factory stripes go into the scoop, jenkman's don't.
