I got these John Cooper signatures off eBay. They're a vinyl decal. Kind of neat I thought. I have red signatures for the Lil Raggi beings as he has a black checkered dash, red will be more visible.

As for the wheels, I'm going to user just gloss painted Motegi racing wheels for My Lil Raggi. I intend on keeping the Challenge wheels for winter tires, but will be painted gloss black. I like the black look.

We all maybe stuck on docks ... With distribution centers and truckers going on long Easter weekends... Putting us back until next week ... a bad thought, but a realistic one ..

What is a JCW signature on a dash ??? I was considering a JCW steering wheel, but my MA sort of talked me out of it... I want a big / thick steering wheel ( I have a M steering wheel on my 135i)... He said both were same size ... I checked it out...
He never mentioned dash stuff, just some JCW red stitching , which doesn't interest me...
Best,

Still stuck in limbo. I emailed my MA yesterday in hopes of catching him before he left for vacation this weekend. Looks like i wasn't early enough. I might be in the area of the dealer (its 1.5 hours from me) this weekend and if so I'm gonna sneak over and see if my little boy is there. As for my MA he still says Tuesday at the earliest. Hes back in town Monday and hes gonna stop by the shop to see if its there.

Bill,
Your dealer has Raggi? And delivery next Saturday... Could you have it delivered earlier?
Can't wait for pics..

PS: my MA told me that Matilda was off boat before noon yesterday... Website still has me en route...
The website really stinks ... Should be an easy fix for Mini..

No, I live 5 1/2 hours away from Patricks in Schaumburg. It'll work out fine, plus Olga isn't up up a 5+ hour trip after 14 hours of flying back from Moscow this week.

Bill,
Is that the closest Mini dealer ... 5 1/2 hours away??? If yes, I don't feel so bad making 1 hour trip... Have you had any major issues with your minis ? Requiring a tow, or get car to dealer ASAP?

There is a local dealer, but we couldn't get together in a price even close to what I was offered by my dealer in Schaumburg. She dealt with me three years ago and I offered her a chance thus time. That's why the long distance. Plus, this way, I get a good break in period with my way of breaking in motors. Varying the speeds between 50 to 85, not exceeding 4k on the tach. Make it pull going up hills. Make the engine work, but without high Rpms That's my way at least, s d deems yo work for me.

Forgot to answer you. No major problems. A cooling fan/water pimp recall. The Sirius went out. That's about it, my local dealer took care of all that. Loaners and sll,

Very nice! It's a nice change to see a white car without everything blacked out, it's a great look!

Early Spring in Massachusetts is the worst time of the year to take photos of a car, as we still have 8 inches of snow in our yard and very wet/muddy driveway. So, it is practically impossible to keep my car clean until it dries up a little. However, I thought I'd go ahead and post some quick photos of my semi-dirty Roadster since it is a couple weeks old now. I'll post some better ones once I have a dry driveway! :-)
