I bought this 6 days ago this is a 2013 coupe S w/automatic steptronic transmission no navigation and just the basic sound system it has 50k on it.I absolutely Love this little rocket.I am 5'-7 and with the telescoping tilt steering I feel like I am wearing this car I mean that in a good way.I had a local dealer check the vin # He said all the recommended services have been done to date. And no history of problems he could see My question is what do I need to be aware of The car has been in California its whole life till I bought it 6 days ago and it has been 6°F very cold here since I bought it.I s the cold going to cause issues? What are the things I need to look out for?So far it starts and runs awsome no dash lights or codes. It seems too good to be true.I did buy the extended warranty as much as I could afford so I am covered to 100k.Any advice would be much appreciated.

Hi. I have the 2014 5-speed version; same color with black wheels. Basic config. with hood/trunk stripes down the middle. Have problem with hood release; cable connection is weak and broke... mucho $ to fix; next time I take it in. These are a bit noisy on the road. Very few mechanical problems. Still very fun to drive, but i am getting ready to get rid of it.

Check outmotoring or maybe WMW for stripes, you need them! Lol.
Congrats on the car, it looks sharp. The main issues to watch for are also mostly covered by warranty extensions: footwell module, turbo, HPFP, among them. So you are well within coverage on those. No worries there. Enjoy and drive the heck out of it and it will make you love it!
Mostly just stay on top of oil changes, forget what the dealer recommended interval is and change it every 5k like clockwork! Always use a good synthetic and only use premium fuel. And personalize it to your taste once you get to know it a little bit.

I have 53K happy miles from new and serviced from the dealer. No problem and just regular maintenance. My best advice is to keep very close records of service and abide by what need to be done.
