Auto up feature on R58
When I quickly push the window toggle down, I can get the windows to go all the way down with just one touch. To get them up, I have to hold the toggle up. Is this the same with yours?
I've searched for a couple of different ways to reprogram this feature but nothing works. Any ideas?

I have tinted windows and it works fine when driving at night or cornering in covered parking lots with safety issues.

the one touch up feature has been a point of contention with MINI since 2002. It has been claimed that it is not "legal" yet my Focus ST has one touch up windows. It has been discussed that it may have something to do with the window motor and the need to auto reverse if there is an obstruction (like a garage door), so if MINI wanted to fix, it would seem pretty straight forward.
The ability to change the setting with the NCS software suggests this IS a US thing .. altho I don't see the option mentioned on my build sheet for the roadster ......
There was a gizmo (small circuit board) sold for a while that allowed you to add this feature. Research "Ian Cull" .... for a GEN1 you could make the windows one touch up (I installed a couple for folks) and I believe there was a GEN2 version that also allowed you to lock the sport button to be ON every time you started the car. It was a popular item but a quick search says the popular sites for goodies don't list it anymore .....
