Rear Side Windows Won’t Go Down - Seat Heaters Out Too!

Had an issue where car wouldn’t start. Mechanic diagnosed a rusted out pin in my fuse panel and replace the panel and connector. Car now starts and runs great but my rear side windows don’t go down and my seat heaters also don’t work. Any ideas? All fuses are good. Front windows and sunroofs work great. Top can’t go down because rear windows won’t go down. The all down button will put down the front but not the back. Something that needs to be reset in the computer?

Thanks for any ideas!
