R57 roof top latch issue

Sorry for my english, i’m a french Guy ��

I have à r57 (2010). I have an issue with one latch of m’y roof top.
BMW Would like to replace all mechanisam for 4000€ ��, They are completly crazy!!!
I choiced to try to repair, i progress step by step.
l identifie a problem, apparently one of my latch is desynchronize.
It’s why when is time to unlock, on one side it’snt work. Have you some idea? thanks for your support ��
