Need help from a Convertible owner with a factory "open meter" in their car.

I'm hoping a fellow NAM'r can take a few moments to help me out.

I'm looking for a measurement and wondering if someone on here can help me out with an accurate measurement.

On the Cabro with the open meter... I'm looking for the measurement of the cabrio-meter opening and the tach opening where the bezel meets the glass.

Thank you HUGELY for going out of your way to help me.

2.47" (63mm) for the small gauge

4.25" (108mm) for the Tach

Looks like the tach is the same dimension as the single one in the R56's.

I would imagine that the internals from the R56, tach only, will switch over to this housing.... Leaving me room for an aftermarket 60mm gauge....Like an OBD2 multi gauge or a speedhut 60mm OBD2 speedometer (the center speedo is useless for me other than for fun for passengers)... and the small digital one in the tach.. well, I have to put on my readers to see it

This guide makes opening it up look pretty easy.
