Headlight replacements and upgrade to LED

Hello all,

Does anyone have a recommendations on headlight replacements, I would like to go ahead and upgrade to LEDs from OEM. Any good companies/products out there?

Thanks in advance

LED's are not an equivalent to the OEM Halogen or Xenon's. Plenty of side by side test to show this. They are nice and bright, but the "throw" of the light is much worse.

Get a projector headlight if you do the xenon or led conversion. Just dont put them in stock halogen MINI headlights, the light throw is not good and focused, and it can blind oncoming drivers if not done right.

Alright thank you. So I have the Adaptive headlights with the silly washers on my 2013 R57 convertable, does that make any difference when I replace the entire assembly like you are suggesting ?

Welcome,

If you change out to aftermarket headlight on the spyder version for factoryXenon its a straight swap and you keep the washer jets. You will lose the adaptive. On all the other version you will lose the adaptive and the washers.
