Anyone using any of the new SN Plus oil ratings

I just found this new oil rating of SN Plus, it's supposed to be designed for Direct Injection Turbo Charged engines to help combat LSPI (Low Speed Pre-Ignition or Super Knock) Looks like many synthetic 5w-30 oils have this rating including the new Amazon Basics oil, but I haven't found any 0w-40 oils that have it.

I'm using Mobil1, 0W40. Don't see any reason to use anything else. Wally World sells for around $25 for 5 quart bottle. Change it every 3K with OEM filters from Ebay. That and the right Premium Petrol seems like the best choice.

I’ve looked into it, but most are not robust
enough for our MINIs.
So far the only A3/B3 rated oil with SN Plus
seems to be Mobil 1 high mileage 10w30.
I may try that next oil change.
Since SN Plus is fairly new, maybe more
appropriate products will enter the market soon.

i just started this thread on the subject 2 days ago

Talked about with MINI here on the new MINI oils i will see if the newest have it. Edit they are not SN+ at this time on the bottle itself, but pennzoil says the new Platinum does. Which that's close to the MINI oil. So maybe the bottles will get updated soon. The MINI bottles dont have the little donuts, they have a square on the back.

I stick with Liqui Moly right now on both MINI, MINI has a newer oil that they are using on the 2016+ engines.

Since the oil is Pennzoil Euro/aka shell from MINI

The Pennzoil Platinum 5w30 is sn+
and a5/b5, which falls below MINI
requirements of a3/b3 or a3/b4 (at
least for my R55, and my previous
R50), and the 10w30 has no acea rating.
Fwiw, the 10w30’s viscosity is below
a3b3 requirements.
