If you had the choice 2009 JCW or 2011 MCS JCW Tune and Exhaust
Hello everyone, there are two options on my plate, and you guessed them correctly, a 09 MC JCW and a 11 MCS with JWC Tune and Exhaust. The mileage difference between them is only 1-2k and the price is also 1.5k difference. The 11 has had the turbo, water pump, and clutch recently replaced and has had all services done at the dealership, the 09 is anyone’s guess. Which would you choose?

Yup. 2011MCS has the N18 engine, the 2009 with N14 is much riskier - could be fine, could be a time bomb. All depends on the maintenance.

2011 is what I would go for

Well that makes my choice easier. When I looked at the Carfax I noticed the water pump had been replaced twice within 30k miles on the 09. Thank you.
