how much room do you need, and is it the rear that's not fitting? they should have a bushing to space the rear lower mount out some

avoid 10mm due to the hub width, if you have to go that large go to 12 or you have to grind down the hub flange

To me it sounds like he's hitting the spring perch in the front. 5mm spacers up front work for me but there could be variables. I think ECS tuning has a spacer test kit that you can rent from them so you can figure out what size you need to use.

The front is hitting the perch so 5mm might clear it? Thinking of hitting les schwab hopefully they can hook me up thank you.

You either need t raise the perch over the tire or uses spacers. I had this problem and refused to raise the car. I got away with 5mm spacer and I cleared by a business card with 215/40/18

Surprisingly, this can be issue on many chassis with KW. I had the same thing on my BMW with V2s, which is an entirely different application!

+1 for the ECS spacer kit, no sense buying the wrong size.

Is this a Mini-specific issue? Not following you here.

BMW and mini, the hub flange is like 10mm or something so a 10mm spacer won't clear it, 8mm is ok, or 12mm those have their own flange

Multiple providers sell spacers with flange/hub extenders from 10-25mm, though (even 7-8mm). I won't install spacers without that hub extender, even if they're 8mm.
