No Boost coming from tubro? Codes? HELP!!!!

2007 r56

I'll try to make this as sweet and short as possible

Original turbo was having some problems and starting leaking oil so I decided to replace it. So I ordered an eBay turbo ( mistake) and installed it. The diverter valve went bad within the first 2 minutes of driving it so I had it replaced. Next came the fun, absolute manifold light and a few others that I forgot to write down came on. After the diverter valve was replaced I lost all pressure from the turbocharger.

Next, I decided to switch it out with a borg warner turbocharger and now I'm getting codes P1255, P129E and codes P0107 Manifold absolute pressure/ barometric pressure sensor circuit low. Had the map sensor replaced and still no luck (Still no boost) I replaced everything possible including oil feed line, oil return line and manifold bolts. Took to a mechanic and was told that it was probably that the DME needs to be replaced. I've read multiple other forums with symptoms kinda like mine but not exactly and just wanted to know if this is possible or if I'm completely off track. Any help to get the boost back is great! Thanks!

Why do you think that the eBay turbo is a mistake?

Diverter valve needed to be replaced immediately after installing. Also had a buddy install a eBay turbo right after mine and his happened to tear it self apart sending metal shards into the engine

You should not have had to remove the intake manifold when you replaced the turbo so I'm not sure why you replaced those bolts/studs, unless you were talking about the exhaust manifold which in this case in not the manifold that is giving the error. It the intake manifold pressure that is giving the error.

Double check that the boost tube connections are tight and not leaking. Have you verified that the wastegate is adjust properly? Did you knock off the wastegate vacuum line when replacing the DV? Is the new DV genuine OEM? Did you install it correctly, or pinch the o-ring? Did you pinch a wire on the DV connection?

You're correct it was the exhaust manifold. Wrote this too late at night. Is it possible that when the last mechanic replaced the map sensor that they pinched the hose? It almost looks like the hose runs to the back of the engine near the intake manifold but please correct me if I'm wrong. DV Valve is oem. Only had to replace it on the cheap turbo before I switched to the borg warner turbo (which also has the oem diverted valve)

Just replaced vacuum pump and vacuum lines still no fix. Bump

Unplugged or misplaced vacuum source lines to wastegate acutator, or improperly adjusted wastegate actuator, or actual boost/vac leak, timing chain problem (unrelated to turbo swap), etc. There are too many things that can cause problems in the system for any one answer to be given without looking at the car personally.

Have you done a leak test with a smoke machine? Have you resourced a quality scan tool to diagnose what is going on, or to read the manufacturer specific codes that are stored in the DME?

Late response. To anyone's that might have this issue it was in fact a bad TMAP Sensor. Now onto the next problem🙄
