What's leaking from my MINI

Hi all,
Something is literally dripping under my MINI. The coolant level is still same. I shoot a video of the leak you can see it here https://goo.gl/photos/HvLSmvE4rz4Cfqjv8. I already scheduled a service appointment for tomorrow morning but I don't know if it's safe to drive like this, the dealer is half an hour away from me. I constantly checked the coolant temp. while driving but it was normal. I appreciate any help. Thanks.

I'll bet it didn't leak much in the winter, unless you were running the defrost.

That's water condensing on the a/c evaporator core. It drips from that square tube
out onto the road. Perfectly normal and there's an endless supply of liquid on
hot humid days with the a/c runnning.

Did you stick your finger in the puddle? Pretty easy to determine if it is a chemical, oil or H2O.

I'm putting my money on the A/C as well.

I am pretty sure that there was no leaking in winter. Also, I believe the liquid is water, it doesn't have any color and the puddle evaporates within half an hour.

I think I'll go anyway because there is a rattle coming from the engine around 3.5k rpm under hard acceleration which started happening after timing chain replacement that they did. Also, my CPO warranty is about to expire

1) Insert finger in puddle
2) Rub liquid between fingers & observe color/feel
3) Smell
4) Taste

You'll figure it out by smell, color or taste.

1) look at the video in post #1.
2) recognize the a/c rectangular rubber condensate drip tube with water dripping out of it.
3) look at the pics in ECS's post #8 if you need confirmation.
4) if you're still not sure, taste it, and also taste some brake fluid, coolant, transmission oil,
power steering hydraulic fluid, motor oil, engine mount goop, and gasoline for comparison

If the water is slippery to the touch it's coolant and your heater core is leaking. Mine did that. Easy fix it just 3 screws to remove.
