Yolo!! I have been through the same thing welcome to the YIKES club...
Same parts fail on all I have seen.
Its just crazy...

11517648827 is the newest part number , older part number was 11517550484 . The older ones that are not metal housing are black with that plastic.


All the housing are metal now from aftermarket to Genuine MINI.

The newest FEBI version has a Metal impeller also, the other ones are a composite impeller.

Hope that helps.

Just an update the Febi version is for now composite impeller until they update. The GRAF one has been updated and now has a new design and metal impeller.

So when I install intake on my 2008 Cooper s r56 has leak right end of the hose that clip under the tank. any recommendations I should replace the tank or just replace the hose? My temperature reading is 105C

Tank if you have hairlines cracks at the bottom. Hose needs replaces if its leak at that connection or when you move it out of the way for the oil filter changes. Glad to help.
