small hole in valve cover
 
Guys I noticed a small hole in the valve cover and it doesn't look like it belongs there (it is sort of jagged). Also there is oil in the screw next to it. Should I put jbweld on it or is this a bad idea?

please notice the oil sitting on the screw next to it.

Front of the valve cover has it too, don't do anything to it. It's fine.

Yea its just the plastic molding process, there is one on the front also right near the turbo.

Looks like you had the cover replaced at one time. If you need the factory stickers and emblem its here:
