Boost Cuts after thermostat replacement

Just replaced my thermostat housing (after it inevitably failed which seems to be pretty common), immediately afterwards Im getting boost cuts and have since been in limp mode. Could this be related to the new thermostat housing? Im not sure how the two would be related but I figured I would ask the all knowing NAM. Thanks everyone for your help!

Have you verified that all vacuum lines are put back correctly.

Specifically look at the wastegate line.

The line going to the wastegate is secure, the line going to the vacuum pump is leaking however so perhaps that has something to do with it. Im going to be heading up to the dealership tomorrow and I'll let you guys know whats going on with it.
