07 MCS Won't Start

Hello all, I have scoured this forum when my motor seized and got lots of great info, went with a BMW rebuild shortblock, got it all working, no codes, no problems, then drove 100km on highway and shut it off, now will not start back up. Makes usual prestart noises, but just clicks quietly, changed battery, no luck, have gear icon on dash and transmission solenoid code. I have read alot about people replacing shifter assembly due to gear icon, but only one that could not start due to shifter assembly failure. I have sourced an assembly, just wondering if anyone has any other ideas before spending another $500. The gear indicator on the dash works, but it does seem like the neutral safety switch is preventing the car from starting, any way to test assembly?

Upon further testing I get a vehicle speed sensor error code as well, any chance this faulty sensor prevents start? I also found U2fff and B2aaa codes, but cannot find what they mean.

Thanks in advance, it actually an 08 MCS, mistake on thread title.

James
