What bodykit does the GP2 have?

Is it the JCW aero II kit?

Also, what is the difference between the JCW II kit vs the JCW I kit?

Thanks in advance

I'd like to know this as well. I think it's a mish mash of kits parts though. The front, side skirts look like the JCW II kit but the rear looks like the M7 Aero Diffuser kit, and the spoiler seems unique to the GP but you can find aftermarket versions of it. The OEM one is like 2k which is just stupid for the price but you can find them for a much better price from http://orranje.co.uk/product/g-wing which is where I plan to get mine.

I'd love to see a GP body kit though which has all the pieces rather than having to mish mash it together.

JCW Aero I : Early design front bumper , no brake scoop kit or grille on the front lower grille.

JCW Aero II : Early design front bumper, brake scoops kit lower bumper, little redesign on the side skirts, minimal. Front bumper lower lip more flared.

JCW Aero 3/2012+ : (See below GP2) Same as the Aero kit 2 w/ Newer design front bumper, has a little insert piece that near the lower grille has little , side skirts about the same. Front lip is one lareg piece, very flared and has a little insert in the middle.
This is the one for the JCW GP2 . Of course the rear diffuser insert is the GP2 version which fit all the rear JCW factory Aero bumper & JCW Aero Cooper S bumper.

JCW Aero Blackband : Like JCW Aero II kit but in addition with wheel arches and lower lip / side lower skirt and rear lower diffuser primed and ready to be painted. Think full painted body look.

Thanks and hope that helps.

 Wow, that helps A LOT. Thank you very much.
  1. Between the JCW Aero II vs. JCW Aero 3/2012+: Any differences with regard to the design of the side skirts and rear bumpers?
  2. Will the JCW Aero 3/2012+ (kit used on GP2) fit on a 2007 MCS?
  3. Does ECS have complete packages (front bumper, side skirts, rear bumper) for the JCW Aero II and JCW Aero 3/2012+ ready to be ordered?

Aero I is the one I've always wanted. Suppose it will be harder to find then.
