Hey Guys,
I really dont think its very serious, but when its cold out (30 or under effectively) on start up, she runs up to 12-1300 RPM, and hovers between 1000-1300...and its not really a misfire sound I hear, but it is almost like it drops a cylinder for a few seconds. Runs flawless after though. Even while it does it if I give it some throttle it clears right out.
Thoughts?

 

My base Cooper is an 08 and at start up it idles at about 750. Nice and quiet .

 

Once it warms up it comes down to that, im talking about right as it fires...when its really cold. Probably nothing as Im thinking about what I type lol

 

Sounds like typical warm up process. I would not be concerned.
