I have a 2008 r56 stock at 89k miles, I have been having issues the last couple of months, I first had a leak in the in line turbo feeder which has been replaced 2 months ago. This last week i started seeing white smoke from the exhaust, it's not leaking coolant and engine/turbo seemed to be running fine but i have had alot of oil consumption. I have changed the Valve cover due oil seepage and possible pcv leak. I have noticed the pcv hose has a lot of oil once i replaced the cover, I drove the car today for 60 miles and continues to h throw white smoke from the exhaust upon acceleration from stop signs and lights. Any ideas?
White smoke is not oil, it is water. I would recommend an oil change and watch to see if it is only oil at this point. I would also not drive the car a lot until I get it resolved.
Thanks for the advice guys, the smoke is more of a blue/grayish, I have not lost any coolant and it's not overheating, the car power is the same, I haven't lost any power, I have a feeling it's a oil leak or a turbo oil seals
