Can't change everything to km/h?
 

I just purchased a '09 MCS with navigation. It was an american car (speedo in mph) and I live in canada. I have been through the settings for the units in the setup menu and changed them all to canadian units (km/h, l/100km, C, etc). This work in that it changed the speed readout on the tach to km/h.

This is where I'm having the issue. There are a few readouts that are still in km/h. The speed limit setting (see attached pic) and the cruise control speed are both in mph. Anyone know how to change this? Am I missing something?

Those indicators would probably change if you update the region code of your car to Canada using NCS expert. Unless you already have that system setup, I doubt it would be worth it.

The other thing you might be able to do (not 100% sure you can) is change it all km via the hidden OB menu. I've attached a video below. Again not sure you can do it through here but it is definitely worth a shot...
